September/October 2026
Information:
The Elliot family organises a surprise party for Anna, who is returning home after a long journey. However, Anna has a surprise of her own in store for them: she is getting married to Ben, her personal trainer.
The party descends into a family drama with a dramatic ending: a mirror for the audience on inheritance, possessions and the question of what we leave behind for future generations.
Feest is a family epic inspired by the Danish film Melancholia, in which the industrial monument De Veerensmederij is transformed into an extravagant party venue by the makers of Divorce of Figaro, Kersentuin and Vliegende Hollander.
Late Summer 2026 (ticket sales start 1 March)
Feest is a collaboration with the anniversary Music Festival September Me and Ragazze Quartet.
